Originally from India, this oil is known to have antiseptic, antifungal, anti-mite and insect repellent properties. It is particularly effective against lice.
Antibacterial potency (efficacy tested in vitro against strains of Pseudmonas aerunginosa, S. aureus, E. coli, Proteus spp., And Klebsiella aerugenes)
Antifungal, it is active against fungi.
Insect repellent, it keeps certain parasites out of the skin.
