| Description | Almax oral suspension is a medication indicated for the relief and symptomatic treatment of heartburn and heartburn. Heartburn is a painful burning sensation in the chest or throat that occurs when stomach acid returns to the esophagus. Pregnancy, some foods, alcoholic beverages and some medicines can cause heartburn. Heartburn treatment is important because, otherwise, it can end up damaging the esophagus |
| Usage | 7.5 ml 3 times a day. It is recommended to take it between half an hour and 1 hour after meals. If you have discomfort again, you can take another dose before going to sleep. Do not take more than 8 doses a day. Shake the bottle vigorously before taking the dose. Use the measuring cup included in the package to measure the dose. The suspension can be drunk directly with the measuring cup or pour the contents into half a glass of water, stir it and then drink. If after 14 days of treatment the symptoms do not improve or get worse, consult your doctor. Children under 12 years of age and pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this medication without first checking with their doctor. It is also not recommended to take this medication in patients with severe kidney problems. The side effects that Almax oral suspension can cause are diarrhea, which disappears when treatment is discontinued. |
