How to promote the creation, development and sustainability of companies belonging to the sphere of the social economy with regard to the potential for wealth creation and employment that it represents? How to implement a policy of development of the social economy and social entrepreneurship? These are the questions asked in the report of Francis Vercamer, MP, in the context of the mission entrusted to him by the Prime Minister.
